Peter Evans
蘇格蘭最知名的鋼琴家Peter Evans來自英格蘭，畢業於愛丁堡大學與維也納音樂院，Peter極高的音樂天賦深獲古典樂界推崇。除了鋼琴獨奏，他亦是一位相當優秀的指揮家、室內樂演奏家，並創立了當代樂團Hebrides Ensemble。此外，Peter參與近百場BBC英國國家廣播電台與電視台的古典樂節目錄製，並與國際知名大提琴家Steven Isserlis灌錄數張備受樂界好評的專輯，由古典大廠Hyperion, BMG Classics, Linn, NMC 與 ASV等唱片公司世界發行。
他的演奏足跡遍及英國與歐洲各地、美國、前蘇聯、日本及非洲等地。
除了繁忙的演奏行程，Peter也在亞伯丁城市音樂學校教導鋼琴與指揮。是愛丁堡與整個蘇格蘭古典樂界，深具影響力的人物。
Peter Evans enjoys a varied career as pianist, chamber musician, conductor and teacher. He studied at Edinburgh University and the Vienna Hochschule. Since returning to live in Scotland in the mid 1970s he has given concerts throughout Britain and Europe as well as the USA, the former USSR, Japan and Kenya. He has also given masterclasses at festivals in both Britain and the USA.
Peter has made over 80 broadcasts for BBC Radio, several appearances on BBC Television and commercial recordings for Hyperion, Unicorn-Kanchana, BMG Classics, Linn, NMC and ASV Records. He has been principal conductor of the Meadows Chamber Orchestra since its formation in 1972, is co-founder and was for twelve years an artistic director of the Hebrides Ensemble, and was for six years a member of the Scottish Arts Council. Other long associations include hundreds of concerts with the Scottish Chamber Orchestra since its formation in 1974 and fifteen years of touring, broadcasting and recording with the cellist Steven Isserlis.
Peter is married to violinist Uli Evans and teaches piano, jazz and conducting at Aberdeen City Music School as well as in Edinburgh. In April 17 he was invited to teach at the MusicA Braine l'Alleud piano masterclass course in Belgium, and in November he made a fourth visit to Kenya to conduct the 70th birthday concerts of the Nairobi Orchestra, also giving a piano recital at the British High Commission on the same visit.

Richard Beauchamp
來自紐西蘭的Richard Beauchamp是蘇格蘭著名的鋼琴家與鋼琴教育家。他在紐西蘭師從Godowsky的弟子Ernest Empson，並到倫敦皇家音樂學院RCM深造。1977~2014期間，他身為愛丁堡著名的聖瑪莉音樂學校(蘇格蘭的曼紐因音樂學校)鋼琴系主任，培養出許多知名鋼琴家，並創一套獨特的教學法，幫助放鬆、正確施力與演奏壓力的舒緩，是愛丁堡非常受敬重與喜愛的鋼琴教育家。

Richard joined the staff of St Mary’s Music School in 1977 where he was Head of Keyboard and, for a time, Chamber Music, until his semi-retirement in 2014.
Prior to leaving New Zealand to continue his studies in London with Kendall Taylor and Peter Wallfisch at the RCM, he studied with former Godowsky pupil Ernest Empson and was an established recitalist and concerto soloist with the NZSO.
His performing schedule has included chamber music, duo recitals, solo recitals and many concertos as well as premieres of contemporary music both here and abroad. He is a visiting examiner and competition adjudicator and his lifelong interest in biomechanics in relation to piano playing and musicians’ health has led to lectures at conferences organized by the British Association of Performing Arts Medicine, the RNCM and EPTA.
Jan Waterfield
英國大鍵琴領航演奏家Jan Waterfield, 在劍橋大學接受音樂教育，並在倫敦皇家音樂院RAM專攻大鍵琴、鋼琴與管風琴，現在任教於蘇格蘭皇家音樂戲劇院與倫敦市政廳音樂院。2013她的演奏專輯獲英國Gramaphone大獎，並活躍在各大早期音樂樂團，與許多歐洲知名指揮家合作演出並錄製彼得格林納威的電影配樂。此外，她也是一位傑出的手風琴家與聲樂訓練教授。

Jan Waterfield read Music at Cambridge University and completed her postgraduate studies at London’s Royal Academy of Music. As a continuo player, Jan has played with the Gabrieli Consort, the New London Consort, Musicians of the Globe, English Baroque Soloists, the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment, the King’s Consort, Guildhall String Ensemble and many other chamber groups. As a soloist, she has appeared at festivals in France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Poland, Norway, Austria, Canada, USA, Japan and Taiwan.
Jan has recorded with the Adderbury Ensemble, and worked on film soundtracks for Peter Greenaway and Carl Davis and theatre music for Alan Bennett. Jan is professor of harpsichord at tile Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama.
